I found the location convenient. Everything i needed was within a short walk. the breakfast had wonderful choices and variety. the pool area was clean and well maintained. the staff provided helpful assistance when requested, and they always greeted guests with a smile.

The noise levels impacted my stay. Sounds from the outside penetrated the windows, hindering relaxation.

Rafael at reception was excellent and he helped resolve every request. the breakfast staff members were also great. They were always smiling. this hotel provided excellent support whenever i needed it, it was very appreciated.

the location was very convenient for accessing the beach. there were also restaurants and bars nearby. the staff were consistently helpful, i found. we had a junior suitewith two bedrooms, and it worked great for our needs.

the whole building seems to require maintenance. i noticed a need for a significant refitting throughout the hotel. there was no coffee available for all inclusive guests. the lifts were slow as well.

i was a bit disappointed with the noise. our studio was right above the bar, so we could hear loud music playing. it wasn't very relaxing. also, they ran out of aperol spritz , and it took another week for it to arrive (i like aperol spritz!).

the breakfast offered many choices. i found the pool area great. the hotel's location allowed for an easy walk to the beach and the town center. the room was nice and neat!

the music from the bar was loud in my room! it was difficult to relax as much as i would've liked.

The breakfast selection was ample I enjoyed the variety. The room was spacious it was nice to have a balcony. The hotel's proximity to the beach and the pool was convenient.

The building needs maintenance and a heavy refitting is needed. Water dripped heavily from the ceiling in the entrance one night. The receptionist offered towels to mop the floor when I reported it. The phones did not work.
