an really good retreat!
helpful staff quick fix luggage service mountain views
the staff were helpful and quick to address a tripped breaker, restoring power fast. they accommodated a slightly late checkout request and held our luggage securely. the patio and lounge chairs just outside the room allowed me to take full advantage of the mont blanc views. the location allowed easy access to the planpraz ski resort.
I did notice the landscaping could use a bit of tidying up. Some weeds were near the patio door.

My room included a balcony offering direct views of mont blanc. It was amazing!!! inside, the room felt cozy and quaint. i found it very comfortable and the large size was a bonus.

the breakfast offered a wide selection and the food was AMAZING!!! the chef provides a fine dining standard with local, organic produce. although i didn't eat every meal here, i heard that the restaurant is very good.

the breakfast was ample. i also found the room to be acceptably comfortable. the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
the staff demonstrated limited helpfulness regarding local information. i noted a distinct lack of vegetarian options during meal times. the wifi was not compatible with my apple devices.
