The staff were helpful! breakfast was good.
The room was quite small for a single person. The shower was a problem. Water barely trickled out. This made showering difficult and not very refreshing. The hallways seemed a bit run-down.

The location was convenient, close to many shops.
The room I booked was smaller than expected. The soundproofing seemed minimal. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway too easily. the breakfast options were somewhat limited and did not vary much .

I stayed in a family room and it had a separate seating area with a sofa. the breakfast offered local artisan produce, a really nice touch. the ski storage area proved very helpful. It saved a lot of hassle.
the walk to the ski bus stops felt a little long.

The staff were friendly. My room had a skylight. There was free cake in the kitchen area. The hotel stored my bag for 15 euro.
My room was on the second floor. The hotel did not have an elevator. It was uncomfortably hot at night. I had to ask for a fan.

the hotel has a central location and a available parking space were acceptable.
the room was not good. i found the rooms carpet to be very wet and had a unpleasant smell. sleeping in the damp room left me sick after returning and created allergies.

The spa was a definite highlight. I used the ski storage and boot room each day. This was convenient. I also found the tea facilities in the room to be very useful.
The hotel has narrow staircases. It was very difficult to move baggage.
