The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing near everything. The hotel is very close to the city tower. The room was spacious and clean.
The car parking had small spaces and seemed a little tricky. The breakfast buffet could include some more variety. Some of the foods served did not seem fresh.

The location was central allowing easy walking access to the cbd. The staff at reception were friendly. products like hand cleaners was good quality. this visit marked my second stay this year, and i will consider using the hotel for future stays!
the air conditioning unit in the bedroom overheated near the vent, not effectively cooling the room.

I found the staff very helpful. They answered all my questions efficiently. The location worked great for visiting nearby attractions, so I didn't have to travel far.

My room included a large king-size bed. I noted it also featured ample space and good lighting, SO it was very functional. the room contained a mini-fridge and coffee maker.

the hotel PROVIDES a fitness center with treadmills. I saw that there was also a selection of weights available for guest use. A restaurant operates on the premises, so dining was convenient.

the hotel IS conveniently located near public transportation. I saw several bus stops only a short walk away. There are many restaurants within walking distance TOO. Several convenience stores are close by.
