lovely stay downtown

the hotel location is central however my room faced away from the street it was quiet. the wifi worked well and the room felt large. the staff at both the concierge and reception were helpful. i slept well on the comfortable bed.

Wonderful stay near Spark Arena

The location was excellent, near downtown, ferries, and the civic theatre. I found it very convenient to walk to spark arena. The bar on site was lovely, (I appreciated the attentive and friendly bar staff).

Being on the 8th floor meant a short walk up some stairs. This could be difficult for some guests.

The location was indeed perfect. The decor was lovely also. It gave a good impression. Bathroom facilities were EXCELLENT, I must say. The fittings seemed of good quality.

I was disappointed with the noise situation. The nightclub nearby played loud music until late at night, and it was a SERIOUS disturbance. The staff did not seem adequately trained to handle the noise issue, which I found frustrating. I expected more proactive management of the situation.
