the receptionist checked room availability and allowed us to have our rooms early, I appreciated it after our flight. the staff were always very helpful and friendly.

mixed feelings due to noise issues

the location was convenient to the main train station.
the constant noise from the tram line right outside the hotel was disruptive (it was quite annoying, i must say). even with the windows closed, it was difficult to sleep soundly. i think light sleepers should definitely bring earplugs or request a room away from the street.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room was clean upon arrival. the hotel's proximity to public transportation made exploring easy. i appreciated the luggage storage after checkout.
the tram noise was noticeable, even with the windows closed. earplugs might be a good addition for light sleepers. i recommend a back room if noise is an issue.

nearby, i saw a sandwich and pastry shop around a five-minute walk from the hotel. plenty of other dining options were also available in the area, offering variety. i did not sample the hotel breakfast, so i cannot comment.

the hotel offers luggage storage before check-in. the front desk managed check-in smoothly, even at a late hour. i did not notice any fitness center, a swimming pool or other leisure facilities .

the hotel location was fine. it was close to the train station and the city center. the staff was kind. the rooms where simple, but clean.
the tram service was very frequent. it ran right outside my window and was quite loud. it was very difficult to sleep even with earplugs. there wasn't aircon, i found it very uncomfortable.
