amazing breakfastnice poolquiet area
the breakfast buffet had many options. the gym included a sauna and a pool. a u-bahn stop was within walking distance, providing access to the city center.
the hotel lacked basic amenities such as a toothbrush, which i needed to purchase elsewhere.

i found the staff helpful . the breakfast was very good with loads of choices. the room was cleaned daily. i also appreciated the reasonably priced laundry service.

the hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. it is close to the underground station, line u2. this line takes you straight to the centre. it is also convenient for octoberfest with easy links to the event location.

The staff were friendly and professional. Amenities were top notch. i could not have asked for a better place to stay. the location is also great. The train station is a 10 minute walk and the city centre did not take long to reach from there.
The room was not good, the pillows were very old and smelly. the carpet was dirty and there were bed bugs. I reported this issue to the information desk along with the photo of the bite on my neck, but they did not show any reaction.

The breakfast had many different options. It also included gluten-free products. I thank Thanrada and Verena specifically. The hotel is close to the subway.
The staff member at the front desk was rude. The water for the showers was turned off during the day. They did not give sufficient notice about this issue. The representative suggested I use the pool showers instead.
