the staff smiled often and helped me with my needs. i really liked the clean and tidy rooms. the location was great because it was near shopping and the markets. the breakfast was also delicious and had a lot of variety.
the hotel needs some general updates since it looks a bit worn now.

I really liked the room that had direct access to the pool. This area was great. It felt very private. The room was very clean, and the hotel's decorations were also super nice!!!
I noticed the hotel seemed to focus on large tour groups. The atmosphere felt less personal. The bathrooms had very few amenities available. I had difficulty finding soap.

the breakfast offered diverse choices, so i found something new each day. the pool's design included a swim-up bar which was a definite plus. staff members were helpful and they ensured our needs were met promptly. our room was always clean it was indeed a pleasure to come back to each day.

I enjoyed direct access to the pool from my room. It was really convenient to just step out and swim. Breakfast had many options and I found it to be very complete. The staff were friendly and the hotel offered rental scooter service on site.
The room wasn't very soundproof. I could hear outside noise easily.

the pool water turned GREEN, and the water was green in the rooms. my newborn child and i became physically ill from it. the hotel condition is getting worse. i slipped and fell by the pool edge because of a loose tile.
