I appreciated the hotel's proximity to both kata and kata noi beaches. Accessibility to markets added convenience. the staff used whatsapp for guest communication. They promptly answered questions and fulfilled requests. i found the daily breakfast buffet satisfying. It offered a wide range of choices, including thai dishes.

My beautiful double room provided beautiful sea views. I loved looking out from the balcony. the room had an air conditioner. It kept everything at a comfortable temperature. everything was super clean! though the bathroom had essential toiletries from a dispenser.

The staff were very helpful from the reception to the breakfast service. Everyone greeted me whenever I walked by, which I found really nice. The buffet breakfast offered many options including Thai and western dishes. It had a lot of variety.
The hotel lacks an elevator. This meant many steps to reach rooms on higher floors. The pool area is next to the main road so it was quite noisy. This was something that bothered me.

The buffet breakfast was a real letdown. this hotel seems pretty old and needs updates. i booked it because of the high overall rating. I just don't get it. our room faced the main road, so it was noisy. the bathroom was moldy. the drain was clogged.

the superior double or twin room sea view had a nice balcony. it had a good air conditioner. i like there was a lot of option on the breakfast buffet.
i only got one key, that make it hard for two people. the power outlets needed a lot of force to use, it was hard. the staff asked me to write a review when i check out and tell me to contact them directly for a cheaper rate.

The hotel location was convenient. It was within walking distance of both Kata and Kata Noi beaches. I found it helpful they provided a free morning shuttle to Kata Noi. The breakfasts had a good selection, and I liked the variety of fruit available.
The hotel photos did not fully match the actual appearance. I noticed maintenance issues in the room. The sink was clogged, and the shower faucet was broken. I could hear noise from outside and other rooms due to poor sound insulation.

i found the staff helpful assisting with directions to the gym, pool. they responded quickly via whatsapp. my room was clean and well kept. the thai dishes offered for breakfast introduced me to new local flavors each morning, which i appreciated.
The power outlets needed some force to use, so i had to use an extension cord. It was still a bit tough.

the pool area was really nice. it included an excellent sunbed area. the staff was polite and helpful. the view from my room featured both the pool and the sea. i found this really nice. the hotel location was also well situated, it was not too far from restaurants and nightlife.
I felt the breakfast buffet was a big disappointment. it shows quite clearly, i think. our room faced the main street. It was noisy and not soundproof at all. i could also hear noise from the hallway.
