The room included all necessary facilities. It was very very comfy and tidy. Space was used efficiently in the room. The location is convenient, close to several train stations and restaurants.

The hotel staff was very friendly and always happy to help, I really liked this.
Our room was quite small. It felt cramped with luggage. The shower corner was also tiny. Bending down was nearly impossible. Breakfast was disappointing too. There were very few options beyond toast and baguette.

a heavenly stay near saint lazare
central location friendly staff spacious room
i loved that my room was so close to everything. the train station being just steps away simplified my travel SO much. the staff were always friendly and ready to help with a genuine smile. my room felt spacious, it was a haven after long walks.
i did find the lift quite small which meant waiting at times.

the breakfast room was kept very super clean and organized. the range included very good food, definitely more than i had anticipated. all staff working in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful.

the personnel consistently showed supportive and responsive behavior. the front desk was ALWAYS manned, even during late hours. all the staff provided friendly service throughout my entire stay.

rooms at this hotel were very clean . i found that the room i stayed in was more spacious than i expected. the air conditioning worked, keeping my room comfortably warm in february.
