The staff efficiently addressed my request for rooms on the same floor (which was really helpful). The view from the breakfast room on the 15th floor was great. This hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The hotel also provided a guest mobility ticket that covered transportation on arrival and departure.
The room lacked a bit of soundproofing from outside noise.

the location is excellent, providing close access to transport. getting around is easy. the wardrobe space is also quite sufficient.
the room did not have complete blackout curtains, so the room became quite bright early in the morning.

I found the hotel convenient, being just a short walk from the main train station. This made arriving and departing very simple. The room was quiet, helping me to rest well after long days. I used the luggage storage after checkout. This was very helpful.
