i found a broken tile in the shower area and it was unsafe. there was also nowhere to store clothes in the bedroom. i didn't like these things.

Good Stay at this Charming Hotel

I found comfortable rooms furnished with everything I needed. The building has an interesting character. I especially liked the high quality bed linen. Lots of biscuits, tea, and coffee were available in my room.
The hotel systems caused some annoying faults. The central heating broke down. Electric heaters were provided, this action was appreciated.

The pub and restaurant area has a beautiful setting. It overlooks a lake. I enjoyed breakfast with that very nice view.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. The service was perfect throughout my visit.
