convenient stay close to the station
convenient location friendly staff well kept room
the location was very convenient it was a short walk to the main train station. the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. the room was clean and well kept it had everything i needed for a short stay.
the extra charge should have been disclosed upfront to avoid surprises. it affected my overall perception of value.

The location was convenient, near public transport. The room was clean and spacious. It included a mini kitchen. Staff member Mauro was very attentive. he spoke Portuguese.

loud street malfunctioning air conditioning
the location was acceptable, as it was close to the train station..
the room temperature was unbearable. the air conditioning did not function properly. i had to open the window, but the street noise was too loud.

Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay
clean room attentive staff railway station
My room was very clean. I found the staff to be attentive. The location was great. I walked everywhere. The hotel is close to the railway station. It made dropping off bags easy before check-in.
The sink leaked on the last night. It was noisy with the trains.

Breakfast had good choices. The croissants are the most delicious I've ever had! However. The bar across the street had loud drunks yelling all night. It was unbearable.

Nice furnishings were present. The bed was comfortable. I liked that I could listen to music and have tea and coffee. Staff behaviour was excellent. They were helpful at reception and at the restaurant.

convenient location train station friendly staff dusty room train track weak air conditioning
The location was very convenient. It was close to the train station and other amenities. The staff seemed friendly and willing to assist guests.
The room was not cleaned properly. I saw dust in several areas. The noise from the train tracks was quite loud at night. Sleep was difficult. The air conditioning did not work well.

perfect location great options transport card cute staff
The location was so perfect, a short walk from main station. The breakfast included lots options, such as eggs and croissants. The free transport card was great, and it helped explore many places. The staff were very cute to us and helped us.
The street got noisy at night, and it was hard to sleep with open window.
