the receptionist was friendly and cute she checked me in quickly she gave me information about the evening meal and breakfast the room was comfortable it was also quiet the wifi worked well

i noticed exposed electrical junction boxing in the bathroom it was connecting the bathroom wall light neither of the wall lights was properly fixed to the wall the spare toilet roll was dirty on the underside like it had been on a dirty surface

I found the reception staff professional. Josh and Ryan were helpful and polite. They gave me good advice on local restaurants.. My room was clean. The bed was huge and comfortable with different pillow options. Breakfast had limited options, it was good quality.

I had an issue with cold water when I tried to shower. I rang and was told they would reset the boiler. I never received a call back though.

The baby cot was immaculate and fully set up upon arrival i appreciated that oak milk was available for my milk allergy breakfast setup was great. i appreciated the staff friendliness. I would stay again.

I had to wait to check in since both receptionists were busy and there was little eye contact during check in. there was no welcome given. I imagine the receptionist was having an off day.

The room was quite spacious. I found the bed very comfortable with different pillow options. Breakfast offered good quality food. I appreciated the choice.

I had to wait to check in. Both receptionists were busy. There was little eye contact during check-in, and I received no welcome after the wait. The bathroom lacked a plug in the sink. Made shaving difficult.

The breakfast buffet had a wide array of options! It included both hot and cold items, and the coffee machine worked great. The room had a good layout. The bed size was also great. I had a comfortable night's sleep.

I waited to check in because both receptionists were busy. There was little eye contact during check-in. I was surprised to be given an accessible twin room with a wet room. I had not requested it. The room was 101.
