wonderful stay at a peaceful getaway
spacious room divine smell good food
the rooms were spacious. i stayed in a beautiful room and it felt very comfortable. the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had a divine smell and high quality (perfect after a day at the beach!). i also spent days at the pools, and i enjoyed the food at the pool bar, mi scusi.
i noticed an inconsistent experience between rooms. the welcome set i was promised never arrived (even after i asked).

the hotel has a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes. there are also many options for families to relax or be active. there is a climbing wall, a skate park, and a basketball court.
Service

the staff is helpful and friendly. they are always willing to assist you. the reception staff is very helpful if you wish to go on excursions (i found this useful!).
