a charmed stay
buggy service private pool espresso machine spacious villa
i appreciated the spaciousness of the one-bedroom villa private pool. the private pool was a good addition. the timeliness of the buggy service to and from the lobby was beneficial. the availability of the espresso machine was useful.
i noticed the wooden bathroom doors could be sealed more tightly. this could prevent insects from entering from the outdoor shower area. it was a minor issue, but still worth mentioning.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly at the outside restaurant. Onan and tong provided perfect service and warm welcomes, always smiling and willing to serve their best, which i appreciated. the staff ensured i had everything i needed.

There are two distinct pool areas, one includes a swim-up bar and the other faces the ocean, both are lovely and well kept, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. the spa facilities are amazing. Definitely worth a visit.

i found the grounds beautiful and well maintained. the staff were friendly and helpful . my room was spacious and clean, i liked it very much. the private pool was comfortable and very enjoyable.
The restaurant had limited options. Adding another one would improve variety, though the food was delicious.

the breakfast offers many options and is very tasty. chef saiful met me to discuss my parents' dietary needs. he prepared special vegetarian meals for them with no tomatoes because of an allergy.

the staff was very kind, helpful, and always happy to assist. the reception staff was always available and cute. one employee was friendly and helpful during my birthday celebration. tuk and mook are amazing massage therapists.

i loved the beautiful gardens. scenic sunsets are seen everywhere. the large comfy bed was fantastic. the gardens are very well maintained. the private pool villa was beautiful, a very nice spot.

staff member great variety excellent service relaxation area
every staff member was very nice, they went out of their way to. the food had a great variety, with some of the best hotel food I've ever had. The service was excellent. there WERE so many areas to relax. Both pools were great.
during my stay, i noticed that the toilet near the pool needs some improvement!
