the food was delicious with a large selection. i especially enjoyed the cooking stations at breakfast and dinner for a personalised meal. the grounds were very neat and the pools looked lovely, the sea is gorgeous.
the air conditioning thermostat was absurdly located on the ceiling, i had to stand on a chair to adjust it. room cleaning was superficial at best, floors remained filthy. there were no drawers in the cupboards, only hangers for shirts and dresses, this made unpacking inconvenient.

Fantastic Family Getaway

I found the location to be excellent. There was a very relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff maintained the place well. The resort offers excellent breakfast options with both Thai and European choices. The beach is easily accessible from the hotel pools.
There was no shaded area around the pool (I would've liked a cover over at least a part of it).

The staff were helpful with requests (especially when ordering food). I noticed they work hard to ensure the hotel remains super clean and well kept, with quick responses to any issues.

The multiple pools cater well to different age groups. There is one specific pool designated for adults. The beach area provides ample space for relaxation with lots of trees, so no need to bring umbrellas.

The hotel is located directly on the beach and offers easy access to local shops. Many restaurants are within a short taxi ride (it's easy to get around from this location).
