The hotel provided direct access to the beach. It was nice for walks. there are restaurants and bars within walking distance along the beach. the housekeeping and restaurant staff were all cheerful. the kids club was enjoyable. The kids could come and go as they pleased.
Breakfast was average! the pastries were cheap and processed. food, in general, was poor. We ate most meals away from the hotel. finding a sunbed around the kids pools was difficult unless you went down before breakfast.

varied breakfast peaceful pool spacious room
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. the adults-only pool provided a restful place. the rooms were spacious and well-kept. The beds gave a choice of pillows.
The location is somewhat remote. A short walk is necessary to reach other establishments, though that wasnt a problem for me!

the food was delicious with a large selection. i especially enjoyed the cooking stations at breakfast and dinner for a personalised meal. the grounds were very neat and the pools looked lovely, the sea is gorgeous.
the air conditioning thermostat was absurdly located on the ceiling, i had to stand on a chair to adjust it. room cleaning was superficial at best, floors remained filthy. there were no drawers in the cupboards, only hangers for shirts and dresses, this made unpacking inconvenient.

Fantastic Family Getaway
relaxed atmosphere friendly staff excellent breakfast
I found the location to be excellent. There was a very relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff maintained the place well. The resort offers excellent breakfast options with both Thai and European choices. The beach is easily accessible from the hotel pools.
There was no shaded area around the pool (I would've liked a cover over at least a part of it).

The staff were helpful with requests (especially when ordering food). I noticed they work hard to ensure the hotel remains super clean and well-kept, with quick responses to any issues.

The multiple pools cater well to different age groups. There is one specific pool designated for adults. The beach area provides ample space for relaxation with lots of trees, so no need to bring umbrellas.

The hotel is located directly on the beach and offers easy access to local shops. Many restaurants are within a short taxi ride (it's easy to get around from this location).

Breakfast included both Thai and European options. It has fresh juices (I really enjoyed the variety). The pool bar offers a good selection of lunch items. There is a buffet with different options.
