The restaurant was nice. The team, Susie, Dear, and Khem, were very helpful. They created a special, comfortable evening for us. Live music added to the relaxed atmosphere.
The pool area needs some work. Some decking boards are loose. Some screws stick out.

relaxing stay in thai style
maintained garden varied breakfast polite staff
the ponds and gardens were well maintained. the breakfast had many options. the staff were kind. it is across the road from the beach and a short walk to the shops. the drinks options were excellent during happy hour. the food was AMAZING!!!

the resort is located close to a pretty beachfront with good sunset views, providing convenient access wanting to enjoy the scenery. many services like shopping, massage, restaurants, and bars are within a few minutes walk.

the pools are great and very clean. there are swimming pools for both adults and children. the spa experience was well managed and the treatments were excellent. the restaurant and pools are very clean and nice.

overbooking issue initial disappointment
the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food.
i encountered an overbooking issue, and i found this unacceptable. initially, the room provided did not align with my reservation. despite eventual resolution, it caused considerable disappointment during the initial hours of my stay.

hospitable staff gorgeous location great amenities
the staff like bee, yaya, eva, bowgie, abigail, dear and new were hospitable! they made everyday amazing. the location is gorgeous, near amenities. so many amenities are provided at the hotel and in the surrounding area, i enjoyed it.
the room doors don't fit properly, there are gaps around, letting mosquitoes in!
