fantastic stay!
friendly staff modern playroom nice greeting positive tone
The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist! the kids playroom was big and modern. My children loved it and it kept them entertained until 7:00 pm daily. the welcome greeting on the tv screen was a nice touch. it really set a positive tone for my entire visit!
the lighting in the hallways was a bit dim, making it slightly difficult to navigate at night.

Breakfast options were nice. There was a variety to choose from and it was all fresh. the food was AMAZING!!! i especially appreciated the local dishes available each morning for sampling. everything tasted delicious!

the hotel provided easy access to shopping and transport links. it was a very short walk to a major shopping mall. the public transportation options were very convenient and nearby. i could easily explore the area!

the hotel had a big pool, it's superb for families. there was also a very well-equipped gym with modern machines. this made it easy to keep up with my fitness routine. the baby cot supplied was great!

The service was attentive and efficient. Staff were service-oriented. i received assistance promptly. wheelchairs were always available for those who required them. this added to the overall positive experience and stress-free stay!

mediocre experience overall
unhappy staff old smelling shampoo
the pool was large and seemed clean. at least that was acceptable.
The check-in staff didn't appear happy. I think they were having a bad day. the room itself felt pretty basic and small. It reminded me of a lower-budget hotel. i noticed there were no bathrobes and the shampoo and body wash smelled kind of old... weird!

adequate, but with some issues
unhappy staff small room
the location is pretty good, i will give them that.
The front desk staff wasn't exactly winning any congeniality awards. They seemed rather unhappy. the room itself was basic and small, definitely had a 'budget' feel with the fixed hangers and single soap option. using the gym required a paper coupon from reception.

spacious rooms modern furnishings varied breakfast attentive staff
the rooms were spacious , clean and comfy. the furnishings were MODERN. the breakfast offered variety. the staff were nice and attentive.
i heard other rooms conversing , so soundproofing could be improved slightly.

Acceptable stay with some disappointments
sewage smell drainage issues
The breakfast had a good variety of food.
The walkway to the nearby mall smelled strongly of sewage. The shower also had drainage issues, and after each shower, a bad odor came from the toilet drain (this was really unpleasant).
