A Charmed Stay, Super clean Rooms and Helpful Concierge

I found the rooms spacious. They were also super clean! The decor felt great and the bedsheets crisp. Nazral, the concierge, offered fantastic service. He was funny and an excellent source of information.

The road outside the hotel had a bike race, which took place from 1 AM to 5 AM. This meant I got no sleep for two nights. The hotel knew this happened every weekend. The hotel did not warn me or offer a discount!

I found the location very convenient. The staff at the lounge provided excellent service (especially Ali!). The food was nice. I enjoyed the local dishes served.

The room was fine, but I was not informed about the hot water switch in the bathroom. I ran the basin water. It changed color from clear to black.

the staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival i found sam the bellman particularly helpful always ready with directions the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and shopping i especially enjoyed the convenient access to nearby malls for both dining and entertainment

the television remote in my room required new batteries it was a minor inconvenience but i notified the front desk immediately
