decent stay with some minor drawbacks
breakfast selection buggy service attentive staff high hangers inconsistent cleaning faulty coffee machine
the breakfast had many options it included thai indian and international dishes. the hotel provided a buggy service i could request a ride anywhere on the hotel. the staff was helpful and attentive i received quick assistance when needed.
the closet hangers were quite high i had difficulty reaching them. housekeeping didn't consistently clean the balcony the room cleaning felt incomplete. the coffee machine in my room did not function properly it leaked water.

mixed feelings about this stay
inedible sausages additional charge
the breakfast had a decent spread, but the sausages were inedible. the pool bar charged 25% for the second drink during happy hour, which i found annoying, most places offer it for free. these details was good.

a decent experience
fantastic service comfortable room dated hotel maintenance issues
my stay included a premier king room. the room was very comfy and tidy. boy and nang were the housekeepers and provided fantastic service. they were friendly and always kept my room well stocked.
the hotel felt somewhat dated. it seems the photos oversell the hotel. there were some maintenance issues, and the lighting controls in the room were unusual.

Superb resort experience
direct pool access perfect cleanliness convenient shuttle
I appreciated the direct pool access from my room. It was very convenient. The cleanliness was also great. I found the room immaculate. Finally, the hotel offered a shuttle bus service to the beach. This made transportation easy.

great breakfast buffet three pools equipped gym
The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I liked the omelet bar. The hotel has three pools and a well-equipped gym. These amenities were very useful. I also appreciated the three weekly fire shows.
