a decent experience

fantastic servicecomfortable roomdated hotelmaintenance issues
my stay included a premier king room. the room was super clean and cozy. boy and nang were the housekeepers and provided fantastic service. they were friendly and always kept my room well stocked.
the hotel felt somewhat dated. it seems the photos oversell the hotel. there were some maintenance issues, and the lighting controls in the room were unusual.

I appreciated the direct pool access from my room. It was very convenient. The cleanliness was also great. I found the room immaculate. Finally, the hotel offered a shuttle bus service to the beach. This made transportation easy.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I liked the omelet bar. The hotel has three pools and a well-equipped gym. These amenities were very useful. I also appreciated the three weekly fire shows.
