fresh breakfast clean room convenient location
The breakfast offered many options and everything tasted very fresh. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping did an EXCELLENT job maintaining them. I enjoyed the convenient location near the beachfront (it was only steps away!).
The gym music selection needs updating (it's repetitive).

comfortable bed friendly staff clean pool
i stayed in a club lagoon view 1 king bed room it was very clean the bed was comfortable i found the staff friendly and always ready to help the breakfast had a wide variety of options i especially liked the thai dishes the pool was clean there was a fun slide for children
the gym played ai generated music constantly i found this annoying

mixed feelings about this stay
mediocre service open area spa
the room size was acceptable, easily fitting 2 adults.
I found the service very mediocre. Staff kept giving us the bill every time we ordered at the pool. this happened even though we told them multiple times that we would order more and settle at the end. the spa was a big disappointment too. It was in an open area without air conditioning.

loud noise limited storage
The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items. It had many options (especially for an inclusive resort).
I must report some issues with the room. The air conditioning made a loud noise throughout the night. This made it difficult to sleep soundly. The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. Storage was limited, resulting in clutter.

nice hotel experience
nice room comfortable room clean room key card malfunctioning card malfunctioning app
I really liked that the staff was so friendly. greeniz, tida, and ju were especially helpful. the hotel room was also really nice. I enjoyed that it was super clean and cozy.
my key card suddenly stopped working, annoying. i had to go to the reception to get a new one. after 9 pm, no one answered when i called for water, a total bummer. the hotel app also didn't work properly, and they seemed to push us to use it anyway.

Really good Service and Relaxing Stay
lagoon view breakfast choices helpful staff caring team
the breakfast choices were great, especially at the club. we enjoyed meals at olive oyl restaurant and the beach cafe. the staff at reception and housekeeping were helpful (helena's team was particularly caring when i had a hospital stay).
it was sometimes hard to get a lounger by the pool, people saved them with towels and left them all day.

our room was spacious and comfortable. it had a pleasant, relaxing lagoon view. the room was well maintained and newly refreshed, and it created a peaceful atmosphere to unwind in.

the food options were fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. we ate at the club and terra & mar, the quality of food was high. the breakfast tasted great, with many offerings.
