The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items. It had many options (especially for an inclusive resort).
I must report some issues with the room. The air conditioning made a loud noise throughout the night. This made it difficult to sleep soundly. The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. Storage was limited, resulting in clutter.

I really liked that the staff was so friendly. greeniz, tida, and ju were especially helpful. the hotel room was also really nice. I enjoyed that it was nice and neat.
my key card suddenly stopped working, annoying. i had to go to the reception to get a new one. after 9 pm, no one answered when i called for water, a total bummer. the hotel app also didn't work properly, and they seemed to push us to use it anyway.

Really good Service and Relaxing Stay

the breakfast choices were great, especially at the club. we enjoyed meals at olive oyl restaurant and the beach cafe. the staff at reception and housekeeping were helpful (helena's team was particularly caring when i had a hospital stay).
it was sometimes hard to get a lounger by the pool, people saved them with towels and left them all day.

our room was spacious and comfortable. it had a pleasant, relaxing lagoon view. the room was well maintained and newly refreshed, and it created a peaceful atmosphere to unwind in.
