excellent service, central location

the staff were very professional. they were attentive and ready to assist with a warm attitude. the hotel was impeccably clean, with rooms that are well-kept. the hotel has a great location, close to major attractions and public transport.
the room sound proofing is very bad. i could hear the water running in the drains and loud noises from the rooftop bar. i could hear everything happening outside the room and even outside the hotel.

the hotel lobby has been newly renovated and is beautifully appointed. the furniture and fragrance in the lobby are relaxing. the efficient airport transfer coordination is a plus. staff pay attention to every small detail.

The hotel is very clean and offers all essential amenities. I found the location perfect for exploring, situated in the trendy Karakoy Galata area. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was good, with a nice selection of items, setting a positive tone for the day.
The room had poor sound insulation, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel's location provided easy walking distance to the Galata Tower. I also visited the Galata Port during my exploration. Nearby metro and tram lines gave very convenient access to different parts of the city, which I appreciated.

the location was convenient near the galata tower it certainly made exploring the area straightforward
the room i got was far from soundproof noise from the rooftop bar went on until late i also noticed cleaning trolleys blocking the emergency exits this raised some safety concerns for me the driver for the airport transfer was late and drove aggressively

The staff showed such kindness. Burcu's warm smile each morning at breakfast started my day right. the view from the rooftop dining area was amazing. It. the golden horn sparkled. It was pure magic!!!
The room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped with luggage. i did notice the soundproofing wasn't the best. Noises from outside and the rooftop bar were sometimes distracting.
