Really good Service and Prime Location
central location helpful staff high cleanliness spacious rooms
The hotel's location allowed easy access to the Galata Tower and İstiklal Street. This made exploring very convenient. The staff offered helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The hotel maintains cleanliness to a high standard. I found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable.
The lighting system involved several switches. This made operation slightly confusing at night.

The staff were quite helpful. They provided useful recommendations for local attractions. The location was extraordinary, close to the main pedestrian street connecting Galata with Taksim Square. I found myself just a short walk from Galata Port. The room was upgraded. It included a little kitchenette area. It.
The hotel could have been cleaner. I noticed some crumbs on the sofa in my first room. I found part of a condom wrapper next to the bed in the next room. The pillows were uncomfortable. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff helped with transportation from the airport, it worked very well. The location is fantastic. Galata Tower is only a short walk. The reception staff was professional and available all the time. They provided restaurant recommendations and tips for exploring the city.
The light switches were slightly confusing, as some lights would not work if certain switches were on. This caused some difficulty at night with the bathroom light.

old towels cracked shower panel
i was a bit disappointed that the hotel photos showed a restaurant next door as if it was part of the hotel itself. this made me think breakfast would be available on site, but it was not. also, the towels in my room felt quite old, and the bed made a lot of noise whenever i moved. the shower panel in the bathroom also had cracks.
