i found the location ideal, right on the Square. umut and ilyss showed immense help. i felt the staff's hospitality shone brightly. the value for money felt Really good.

the hotel IS centrally located. it stands right on taksim square, a vibrant hub with easy access to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. the proximity to istiklal street is another GREAT advantage.

the hotel staff offered great service to all guests. umut and umran are especially friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. i appreciate the attention they pay TO every guest.

The location was fine. It provided quick access to the main square.
The room I received differed significantly from what I booked. I expected the 'Beautiful City View Room' to have a much better view than what was offered. The noise from nearby nightclubs was substantial and continued late into the night. I found it hard to rest properly because of this.

small roompersistent noise
The room i booked (standard room) was smaller than i anticipated. also, the noise level at night was bothersome. I could clearly hear conversations and activity from neighboring rooms. i mentioned it to the front desk, but it persisted throughout my stay. this made it difficult to relax, especially after a long day.
