Wonderful stay!

The hotel offered a free transfer to kata beach. I found it more comfortable than the local beach. breakfast included a variety of options, and i enjoyed the drinking water provided. the staff changed beach towels daily. This was a very convenient service.
I noticed that the main road outside the hotel required careful attention to traffic. Walking with a stroller was a bit difficult.

The hotel features a beautiful garden, complete with a swimming pool. This area offered a relaxing environment. a swim-up bar is available who want to enjoy refreshments. It creates a fun, social atmosphere. the pool also includes a designated children's section.

Breakfast included various foods, like fresh fruits. The variety was great. the pool bar offers lunch options. You can eat at the bar stools in the water. big portions were available for the meals. I found the food to be tasty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at any given time. This. gunn at the pool bar offered very good service and spoke english. He was always ready with a smile. i had attention from the staff to specific requests

the pool and the pool area were very beautiful. the hotel is very clean and tidy (i noticed it immediately). i enjoyed the room with the bathtub and rainfall shower.

I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to assist. the pool was a good size and well maintained. breakfast offered a good selection of choices, a nice way to start the day.
the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. i complained about it, and someone attempted to fix it. it still wasn't working correctly the following night. the hotel is located just off a very busy main road, requiring a walk along it if you don't take a taxi
