i appreciated the free shuttle buses to beaches and viewpoints. the hotel provides transport to nai harn beach and promthep cape. the rooms all have balconies facing the pool.

The hotel does not have a spa, and massage services aren't available. This was slightly disappointing.

There was no spa or wellness center available. I found this surprising because hotel facilities suggested such amenities were present. The room had issues, holes in the sheets and an old, noisy A/C unit. Floor tiles seemed worn, giving an impression that the room was not well maintained.

i adored our beautiful double or twin room pool access. it had such pretty details. i remember the complimentary flip flops! the free shuttle to nai harn beach made it easy to explore.

i noticed the air conditioning in the breakfast room could have been a bit cooler.
