I found the hotel's location very convenient, especially its proximity to the train station and haagse bos. Sixt car rental was in the same building, and bicycle rental was available for 10 euros and day! the front desk staff were helpful and polite, and i appreciated their assistance. the rooms were very comfy and tidy, though the cleaning schedule was a bit unexpected.

The room i had was small, i could barely open my 27'' luggage. That limited my movements a bit .

The room i stayed in was not clean. i found various areas with substandard workmanship. also, the accessibility to the parking garage was terrible and the routing to get there lacked proper signage. It was a struggle to find anything, it was quite a nuisance.

the location is superb for travel. it is so near the train station, i practically rolled my luggage right over. i also loved that i could leave my luggage after checking out while i explored a little more. the proximity to shops was very convenient.

the television channels were only in dutch, a very minor inconvenience.

there is a coffee machine available, a nice touch for early mornings. a safe box provided additional security for valuables, and i thought that was great. an iron board also allowed me to keep my clothes looking sharp.
