convenient location and helpful staff
great location helpful staff clean room
I found the hotel's location very convenient, especially its proximity to the train station and haagse bos. Sixt car rental was in the same building, and bicycle rental was available for 10 euros and day! the front desk staff were helpful and polite, and i appreciated their assistance. the rooms were very comfy and tidy, though the cleaning schedule was a bit unexpected.
The room i had was small, i could barely open my 27'' luggage. That limited my movements a bit .

sixt car rental is conveniently located in the same building, and i noticed they provide bicycle rentals for 10 euros per day, a great option for exploring the surrounding areas.

substandard workmanship terrible accessibility
The room i stayed in was not clean. i found various areas with substandard workmanship. also, the accessibility to the parking garage was terrible and the routing to get there lacked proper signage. It was a struggle to find anything, it was quite a nuisance.

the location was convenient to the train station. the hotel provides complimentary water bottles. the breakfast room was spacious, i saw many coffee options.
the room cleaning schedule required a special request, which i was not told about at check-in.

charming stay near the station
convenient location luggage storage nearby shops train station
the location is superb for travel. it is so near the train station, i practically rolled my luggage right over. i also loved that i could leave my luggage after checking out while i explored a little more. the proximity to shops was very convenient.
the television channels were only in dutch, a very minor inconvenience.

there is a coffee machine available, a nice touch for early mornings. a safe box provided additional security for valuables, and i thought that was great. an iron board also allowed me to keep my clothes looking sharp.

the breakfast buffet did include a wonderful view overlooking the park and forest. i must say, this was a super great experience. however, the breakfast options themself was more standard, not very fancy i suppose.

the staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. when i asked for black tea, they worked so hard to get it despite it not being immediately available. they are very attentive to guests needs.

My room features a perfect door system for wheelchair accessibility. A traveler using a wheelchair can easily enter and exit. the air conditioning worked excellent, especially during the height of the heat wave. the rooms are big and warm.
