festive feel perfect location elevator service small discount
i enjoyed a very festive feel upon entering the hotel. the decor in the bar area was beautiful, a very traditional style. the location was also perfect.
during my stay the elevator was out of service, this was not ideal. i requested a small discount due to this inconvenience. it was unfortunate this request was denied.

mixed experience at this hotel
lack of parking time waste
the breakfast was quite good. a large selection of items were on offer.
the lack of parking was a major problem. i specifically requested parking prior to arrival and i found none available upon arrival. i wasted considerable time searching for alternatives.

really good service dietary needs luxurious interior
The staff provided really good service and readily accommodated my dietary needs at breakfast. I appreciated their help in selecting good local restaurants. I was grateful that the hotel organised a special cake for my birthday. James was very kind. The Duplex Quadruple Family Room provided a luxurious interior.
I had some difficulty finding the location. Clearer directions or assistance with arrival could improve the initial experience.

The Duplex Quadruple Family Room featured beautiful luxurious interiors. There was ample space. It was like two separate bedrooms connected by stairs to upstairs. There was another bathroom and massive bed available with coffee and tea making facilities.

The hotel is right in the center. This location is superb. I found it very convenient to access nearby attractions. The positioning of the hotel contributed positively to my overall experience.
