The staff provided really good service and readily accommodated my dietary needs at breakfast. I appreciated their help in selecting good local restaurants. I was grateful that the hotel organised a special cake for my birthday. James was very kind. The Duplex Quadruple Family Room provided a luxurious interior.
I had some difficulty finding the location. Clearer directions or assistance with arrival could improve the initial experience.
