I was a little let down after my stay. the room was clean, i will say that. however, it didn't match the pictures i saw when i booked. I expected more opulence. the breakfast was not amazing!!! it lacked variety and the quality was just okay. i expected a little more considering the price.

The hotel has a central location near shops and restaurants.
The room lacked a smart TV. There were only freeview channels. Breakfast service was poor on one morning. No staff were present to offer tea or coffee. I had to seek assistance myself after waiting for a while..

The staff was helpful and friendly. They quickly addressed all my questions. my room in the annex was super clean, and i found the bed comfortable! breakfast was excellent. Everything was perfectly cooked and served promptly.

The hotel is near the train station. it provides easy walking distance into the town center. I could easily access all the local sights and attractions. free parking is available, a great bonus in this area.

The staff were very attentive in all aspects of service. They responded quickly to all requests. the team members are efficient and light hearted at their work. i appreciated their attentiveness.

The dining room is beautiful. I enjoyed breakfast here each morning. the hall itself is historic and beautiful. I appreciate the well kept building. the breakfast was substantial. I found the food amazing!!!
