hot wateruseful fanthoughtful text
the shower was great and had lovely hot water. the room came with a fan, this was very useful. i thought the text from the host asking if everything was ok was really thoughtful.
My room only had a skylight. This shut automatically when it rained.

The breakfast in the cafe was excellent. It offered vegan options.
The room was too warm and stuffy. a small window was the only source of ventilation. the walls were thin. I could hear a lot of noise.

I loved the electronic keypad check-in. It was simple. i also appreciated the parking permit. It enabled us to park close by without additional cost. the bed was lovely. The pillows and quilt provided great comfort.
The room was quite warm. There was no air conditioning. a small skylight window opened, but the room flooded with light early in the morning. this made sleeping past sunrise difficult.

The room had ample space. The central location proved superb, close to key town features (such as the harbour). I found the scratchcard for complimentary parking quite beneficial. A parking badge provides one hour on the nearby street for easy unloading.
I could hear corridor sounds quite clearly. This lack of soundproofing meant noises from nearby rooms carried easily. I found this somewhat disruptive.

The hotel location was good. I liked that the door to the side allowed easy coming and going. Plenty of tea and coffee were in the room. I did love the little self-serve places, so I did not have to wait to ask for more.
The bed was not as comfortable as I expected. Pillows felt more like bricks than pillows. This made it hard to sleep well.
