the staff radiated warmth. they were really good too help me. they helped me with my heavy suitcase. i was allowed to leave my suitcase in reception for a long time.

the room had no soundproofing whatsoever. i could hear every word from the guests next door. it was as if their television was in my room. it's a shame because the room itself was otherwise lovely..

The staff was lovely. They accommodated my request to stay on the premises while my daughter attended an appointment. the location was great, convenient to local amenities and the city. the building had interesting historic features. the breakfast had good options too, friendly staff were always available to help.

i found the parking inconvenient, it required finding alternative parking and walking fifteen minutes to the hotel.

The breakfast included home-baked brown bread and cake. I also saw fruit, toast, and other options for a continental breakfast. guests could order a full irish breakfast, pancakes, or porridge, though. it was very comprehensive.

My room had an electric kettle, an iron, and a hairdryer for convenient use. the room was very clean. i also noticed a comfortable duvet, and the vintage style added character. I found that great.

The townhouse had around twenty rooms. the annex had only five rooms for quieter lodging. luggage storage was available after checkout. I thought it was very useful. the hotel felt quiet and relaxing, a little away from the busy center.

The staff provided friendly greetings upon arrival and throughout my stay, though sometimes i did not see them. they were always ready to assist and give helpful information, and i appreciated it. I got quick responses. it was very convenient.
