the apartment was roomy for four people. the sitting area was comfy. the location was good to walk to temple bar. the washer and dryer was nice too and handy to use.
i didn't like too much about this place. i paid a lot of money this time of year only to be put in a room with one view out of a window of a ripped-up roof like a building site. the other window was seeing and hearing the down and outs and druggies shouting in the streets. even the internal doors are set to slam shut.

The unit was very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Staff helped us on check in. They were nice.
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the reception area! The mattresses felt firm. I could hear a lot of noise from the street. Earplugs are needed.

the apartment was very clean. the staff are amazing. i liked having a balcony.
the bed was rock hard so uncomfortable. these really need improvement. the room was so warm, and opening the window resulted in hearing a lot of street noise. a fan of some kind is needed.

The location was close to major attractions and grocery stores. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking meals (I made breakfast daily). The staff accommodated an earlier check-in and held bags for free after check-out. This was a real plus.
The street outside was noisy at times with people being loud for extended periods.

the apartment location is very convenient, with almost everything accessible by foot. common areas were clean and spacious. the beds, including the pull-out couch bed, provided good comfort. i found the included dishwasher quite useful for maintaining tidiness (a great touch!).
The street outside was a bit noisy for hours. It was annoying.
