The breakfast included many choices. I enjoyed the freshly cooked eggs. the staff took my bags while i attended a wedding. the room was quiet and very clean. the bed was super comfy.

the air conditioning did not work, and the windows would not open, so the bedroom was too hot.

The reception staff are amazing!!! they are so helpful and friendly. housekeeping staff are friendly and fab at what they do. Rooms are super clean and comfortable with all amenities you need for a great stay. bar staff and front of house staff in the bar and restaurant are fab and friendly. Great cocktails too.

the car park could use better lighting and there's no direct access to the hotel.

I was disappointed that my double bed was two singles pushed together. This created a ridge in the middle. This made sleeping uncomfortable..

The kitchen fan outside my window was quite loud. It was supposed to shut off at 9 PM, but it turned back on at 7 AM. This woke me up, and it was frustrating that nobody informed me about the early morning noise. I mentioned this at checkout and only got an apology. I expected more.

dermot (the owner) was so kind, cute my family after a long, snowy drive. his staff, especially des and veronica, were helpful and friendly. the new restaurant sounds lovely, and i plan to return in the summer.

the air conditioning in my bedroom wasn't working, and the windows did not open. this made it hard to fall asleep because the room was very hot.
