a lovely stay!
friendly staff amazing breakfast convenient location termini proximity
i found the staff helpful and friendly! the breakfast was amazing, with eggs, bacon, fruit, and pastries! there were also as many coffees as i wanted. the location is super convenient, being very close to the termini station.
The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times. it wasn't a major issue, but something to be aware of.

i found the location quite convenient as it was near the train station. the room i had was spacious with a wardrobe that provided ample space for everything. i also appreciated the gluten-free breakfast options available..
the walls seemed quite thin, because i could hear noises from other rooms. this caused me to wake up a few times during the night. parking was also a challenge because there was no parking available nearby, and i had to park quite a distance away.. the bed in my room was hard, difficult to sleep comfortably.

convenient location friendly staff efficient assistance luggage storage
the location is ideal, close to termini station. i could easily access transportation. the staff was friendly and efficient. they promptly assisted with my luggage storage after checkout allowing me to explore the city further without burdens.
The elevator was a bit small. It required multiple trips when i had a lot of luggage.

charmed by convenient location
useful location good selection
I found the proximity to termini station useful. It was a quick walk with luggage. the breakfast selection was quite good, definitely setting me up for the day. (i particularly enjoyed the fresh omelets!) i also appreciated the polite and helpful staff.
The elevator was quite small. It struggled to fit me and my luggage at the same time. i hope they can improve that. It would make a big difference, especially for travelers with lots of bags.

the room had fresh bedding and towels, a lovely touch. it included air conditioning, a safe, and also a mini fridge. the room was cleaned daily, so it was always tidy.

the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful at all times. daily room cleaning happened with fresh towels always provided. they also allowed me to leave luggage after check-out, a great help.

the location near termini was great. the reception staff was friendly and efficient. the room had a useful mini-fridge and effective air conditioning. i found the breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of foods.
The room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. I would have appreciated a kettle.
