the location is ideal, close to termini station. i could easily access transportation. the staff was friendly and efficient. they promptly assisted with my luggage storage after checkout allowing me to explore the city further without burdens.
It required multiple trips when i had a lot of luggage.

I found the proximity to termini station useful. It was a quick walk with luggage. the breakfast selection was quite good, definitely setting me up for the day. (i particularly enjoyed the fresh omelets!) i also appreciated the polite and helpful staff.
It struggled to fit me and my luggage at the same time. i hope they can improve that. It would make a big difference, especially for travelers with lots of bags.

the room had fresh bedding and towels, a lovely touch. it included air conditioning, a safe, and also a mini fridge. the room was cleaned daily, so it was always tidy.

the breakfast offered an excellent array of options. i noticed fresh vegetables, cheese, ham, and fruit salad. there was also yogurt, cakes, croissants, cookies, and great coffee.

the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful at all times. daily room cleaning happened with fresh towels always provided. they also allowed me to leave luggage after check-out, a great help.

the location worked out well because it was close to the train station.
The walls were so thin i could hear every noise from other rooms. This woke me up a few times during the night. It was irritating. I wanted a quiet place.
