solid hotel with minor flaws
free parking clean room key card
free parking was plentiful near the room and made access easy. the room included necessary amenities and was consistently kept very clean. safety felt assured due to key card access and attentive staff, which gave piece of mind. the pool area had many sun loungers and offered a quiet place for relaxation.
the hotel lacked air conditioning or fans. this made the room quite warm, particularly at night. mosquitoes were also a problem and affected my sleep. i advise the hotel to provide air conditioning.

the staff was helpful and always ready to assist. i found them very kind. they managed the check in process very quickly. they resolved my needs.

the room had a big size and was very clean. pictures online were accurate to the room i stayed in. the room had all the equipment i needed for the stay. towels were also changed everyday.

The hotel is near the beach. The ocean view is wonderful from the room. Breakfast offered many good selections and fresh choices. The swimming pool is very peaceful. It offers plenty of sun loungers.
The shower did flood the bathroom floor a bit.

a decent stay near the beach
pretty grounds fantastic gym mediocre kitchen understaffed team
I found the hotel grounds very pretty and relaxing. the gym was a real plus. I used it daily. you get a fantastic sunset view from the terrace above. the hotel team kept the hotel and gardens super clean, which i appreciated.
the food quality felt mediocre to me. the kitchen was like a canteen, with basic offerings and heavy oils. also, i noticed that some areas, particularly the gym, weren't cleaned regularly. it felt a little understaffed.
