rude cleanerspool rules

The room service was not up to par. Cleaners only came three times a week and only emptied the bins. If you want more, they get rude if you speak in English instead of Spanish. The pool didn't allow floaties for kids. Beds had wheels, so they moved from the headboard.

The breakfast selection was acceptable.

The pool area lacked enforcement of rules regarding inflatables. This impacted the experience with children. Cleaners were not thorough. They emptied bins only three times per week, without actually cleaning. My bed also moved too easily due to wheels.

The hotel offered free drinking water. This was a nice touch.

The staff was rude and treated most customers like children. i overheard multiple people get into trouble for ridiculous reasons. It was quite unsettling. the atmosphere felt unnecessarily strict and unwelcoming.

i was greeted warmly by the reception staff (sandra was especially lovely). the hotel provided a glass water bottle for refills at the water cooler by the gym, a super nice touch. the hotel was impressively clean. they are very focused on conservation. the sun loungers by the pool were so comfortable!

the apartment sea view allowed me to watch the sunrise every day. the staff surprised me with a birthday present, a really thoughtful gesture. the apartment had modern equipment and a well-equipped kitchen.

the swimming pool was warm and clean, perfect for a relaxing dip. water machines were available, so getting fresh drinking water was easy and convenient. the gym was good, equipped with all the essentials for a quick workout.

breakfast included a great, healthy selection of food. the breakfast was really good (especially the fresh coffee!). there was lovely live music with a dj on saturday afternoon in the skybar, a highlight of the whole trip.
