organized game drives wide variety friendly staff drainage problem slow drain front desk
the game drives were well organized with knowledgeable rangers. i really enjoyed that we saw a wide variety of wildlife. the staff were friendly and eager to help, which i thought was awesome. the food was consistently good with generous portions!!!
the bathroom in my room had a serious drainage problem. the water did not drain fast enough when i showered. i reported this to the front desk, so hopefully they address the drainage problem.

The rooms were very clean. The evening turn down service was unexpected. The refreshments were lovely. The buffet breakfast offered variety.

The Boma braai provided a unique experience. There was a good variety of fresh foods. I found the buffet breakfast and dinner superb. A menu was available as an alternative option to the buffet.

The lodge offered an authentic bush experience. I noticed elephants and other animals up close. The surroundings provided tranquility and adventure. Game drives offered opportunities to witness the beauty of the African bush.
