a really nice stay

friendly staffwell equipped roompastry cake

the staff are friendly and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble for them. the room was clean and well equipped with a tv fridge and coffee maker. a complimentary pastry cake and biscuits were provided daily these were lovely.

the room was tiny and didn't include the amenities listed it was not the correct type i had booked

The lack of a real gym was a major letdown. The listing was inaccurate. Check-in was surprisingly slow and felt overly bureaucratic. I also noticed the room seemed smaller than the photos suggested. This created a less than ideal first impression and set the tone for MY stay.
