I found the reception staff helpful. they swiftly addressed my queries. the location is excellent. I walked to most places. on-site parking provided great convenience and the cost was reasonable.
the lift was a little slow at peak times.

the hotel had a central location that was convenient. soundproof rooms ensured my stay was very quiet and dark it was a pleasant surprise
the tv was fixed opposite the bed and not the sofa a strange setup. the usb charging point by the bed wasn't functional which was inconvenient

the hotel had very good access to the highway. this was perfect since we had a car and wanted secure parking. i also liked the free water dispenser on each floor. breakfast was good, and restaurants were really close.
I stayed on the second floor. I could hear every adjoining room door closing. It was very disturbing. from a sleep perspective, it wasn't a good idea.

The staff were nice and friendly. The underground parking was very comfortable and cost only ten euro a night. The location is within walking distance of the city center. The blackout blind worked very well.
There were minimal amenities in the room. There was no refrigerator, water, or soft drinks. We had to get water from a shared cooler in the corridor. We requested extra towels.
