mixed feelings about the stay, i GUESS
the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
breakfast was a letdown , to put it mildly. i found the limited muesli selection and absence of a functional coffee machine rather irritating. it seems i'll stick to local cafes next time.

some issues
high parking costs surprise charge
the room was quite large and included a smart tv and a desk.
The on street parking had a four hour maximum stay, and it cost a ridiculous sum for those hours. this was the ONLY parking available since my car does not meet LEZ requirements. i found out only upon arrival that the hotel wanted a £100 charge in case anything got damaged. I was not prepared for this.

helpful staff extra robes central location
The location worked well , near many attractions. My room featured robes and slippers , a nice touch. The staff was helpful , they assisted with my luggage.
The old windows allowed some street noise into my room.

charming stay, fresh, clean, convenient
modern bathroom electric toothbrush charger convenient location
the provided room included a modern bathroom with a charger for electric toothbrushes, i found that a nice touch. the location was very convenient, less than ten minutes walking distance to key city spots. the tram stop is a short walk from the hotel so i could travel to and from the airport easily.
The hotel did not have a lift. My room happened to be located at the top floor. this could be inconvenient with larger luggage. i didn't get assistance and needed to carry my things up there myself.

the staff was lovely, attentive, and always ready to help, that is something that i can confirm. they showed genuine personal interest so i felt very welcome here. the check-in was swift and easy.

the hotel's decor was elegant, that gave a luxurious feel. the room has large screen tv with netflix included. there is luggage storage available for guest convenience, , made things easier for me.

the hotel was located near the main market area. a short walk is all it takes to reach the city center. the hotel is near the train station so travelling to other places is easy.
