The location was really convenient. It was close to the tram station. The staff was friendly and I appreciated that many major attractions were within walking distance. The breakfast was nice.

I liked the proximity to the grand bazaar, a short two-minute walk. the daily room cleaning was also a plus. however, the noise was a real issue. I could clearly hear toilets flushing and staff setting up breakfast very early. it was also quite disturbing to hear another guest vomiting loudly at 2 a.m. despite being a heavy sleeper, these noises heavily impacted my rest..

The hotel is close to the tram stop, a great convenience! The main attractions are a short walk away. The staff, especially Ismail, were really helpful. He assisted with transport questions and any requests I had. I found the location ideal, close to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque.
Soundproofing was not great. Noises from other rooms and early morning breakfast preparations were audible.

The reception staff offered assistance with airport transfers after I had asked. Staff members were friendly and cute. They were able to quickly address my needs , no matter what.
