Fantastic Valentine's Stay!

sophisticated themeamazing beds
the room was designed to perfection and encapsulated the Valentine's Day theme in a sophisticated way. beds were amazingly comfortable.. i also found the location great for tourist spots with only a short walk to Blackfriars train and underground station.

the staff was friendly and polite. they gave me great ideas for my proposal. angela, kasha, philip e, and mariana helped with the decoration and pictures after the proposal.
the water station on my floor was not working. i was not advised about this. a dirty food tray outside my door took nearly a day to be cleared. the air con in my room seemed very inefficient, so both nights were stuffy.

the location proved convenient for exploring. i found it easy to access various attractions from there. the room offered modern amenities, and the shower was excellent.
the reception area seemed unclear upon arrival. we were ignored despite having bags and clearly checking in. the air conditioning in the room was inefficient.
