cute atmosphere flavored water friendly staff special recognition
The lobby had a cute atmosphere. I especially liked the complimentary flavored water available upon arrival. The staff was friendly. Yehia and Sabry deserve special recognition, along with the manager, Venessa..
The ventilation in my room wasn't perfect. I noticed lingering food odors at times, but it was a minor issue.

small sink missing towels
the location was good. the staff were polite. however, i found some issues. the room felt smaller than advertised. the sink in the bathroom was tiny, so splashing happened a lot. i asked for extra towels, but i never got them. also, the promised city views where not visible at all.

The location was convenient. Staff assisted quickly with all requests. The room had necessary facilities, i used the refrigerator and microwave. The lifts worked quickly. I never waited long.

small bathroom unnatural living room
the bed was very comfortable.. also, the kitchen facilities were quite useful .
the living room felt quite unnatural, as our apartment did not include any windows there. this meant i constantly needed to keep the lights on. also, the bathroom seemed small for the price i paid.
