Fantastic stay in a BEAUTIFUL building!!!

I found the rooms to be spacious and very clean. The front desk personnel were accommodating and polite. Francesco assisted us greatly. He helped call a water taxi and assisted with heavy suitcases. His kind professionalism was especially appreciated.
The breakfast coffee service experienced some delays.

Breakfast included plentiful options. Pastries were particularly delicious. The restaurant offers a marvelous setting for dinner. Marco and Katerina at the restaurant offered warm and helpful service.

The interior and exterior of this hotel are fine. The hotel arranged a Murano factory tour for us. I used the closest vaporetto stop from the train station, called Academia.

The area is very nice and it is close to many restaurants and galleries. The neighborhood felt both clean and very quiet. Its location away from crowds, yet close enough to St Marks is a plus.

I got an upgrade to a beautiful room that was fabulous. I noticed that the beds were comfortable. This room felt super clean and well kept and had a beautiful design.

The breakfast service was quick. The hotel boasts a beautiful walled garden. The staff was attentive to every request I had. I found the location excellent for exploring nearby sites.
The armoire lacked shelves, made organizing clothes a little difficult .

The hotel features a well maintained garden area providing a calm retreat. Arrival by private boat to the hotel is possible, offering a nice introduction. It is close to the Accademia bridge, providing easy access to various attractions.

Staff remembered coffee orders on subsequent mornings. That was a great touch. The team were really good too. They helped arrange a private boat directly to the hotel from the airport. It was superb

the location of this hotel is decent. the staff are friendly and helpful, i must admit. i found the hotel is beautiful and clean.
the room they gave me was not as it was on the website's page. there was just one very small window looking at some building with no sunlight coming inside. the breakfast was really poor. there was almost nothing to eat.
