The all-day check-in policy was useful since I arrived late. The main restaurant buffet food was great. I liked that everything was labeled for those with food allergies. Shopping was excellent not having time to visit the city center.

The shower water control handle stuck out. The bed and pillows seemed dated. I found a note about my do not disturb sign but I did not put it on. They wanted me to pay for my laundry before it was returned to me.

Acceptable Location, Concerning Room Condition

The free shuttle runs regularly and is very convenient to and from the airport.

The room I got was dated, and it smelled bad because the carpets need replacing. I was shocked by the state of the room because the lobby and staff seemed amazing. The staff upgraded me to a large executive suite without carpet after I expressed my disappointment.

Shuttle service runs quite quickly, this was good to have after my late flight.

The hotel is getting old. Some plug points in my room were non-functional including the one for the phone right by the bed. I heard they are commencing an upgrade soon, or so they say.

The hotel provides 24-hour flexible check-out from check-in time. I didn't initially know this, but one can actually walk to the airport if preferred, bypassing the shuttle (via the train stations under the hotel).

My assigned room felt dated. The carpet had stains, and the general state of the room suggested a lower rating than advertised (I'd say 2.5 stars at best). I found the communication with the staff less than ideal (they failed to mention important details, such as the availability of an all-day breakfast).

The hotel offered a free airport shuttle. it ran every 15 minutes and was so convenient. the staff were super friendly. They made check-in quick and easy. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. i really enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries.

i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway. that's all.
