Really good Hospitality and Service
warm welcome efficient handling polite staff convenient access
I received a genuinely warm welcome upon arrival, and the reception was very efficiently handled. The staff was friendly and polite throughout my visit, so my experience was really good. The food was also tasty. I especially appreciated the variety of dishes available. I also found that the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
I thought the television programming was quite limited.

attentive staff relaxing pool egg station limited lift limited twin bed missing bathrobe
the staff were attentive and friendly. the pool was relaxing. i enjoyed sitting in the shallow part and reading. the breakfast was varied with an egg station.
bringing luggage to the room was stressful. the hotel has one lift. rooms are big, but twin beds are limited. there were no bathrobes.

old room questionable food
the location was decent, close to the lakeside area, and that met my basic needs.
The room i got seemed kinda old. they are renovating, but i was stuck in one that was not done yet. also, ordering food was a gamble. One meal made me sick, probably was not fresh.
