My stay had a few disappointments. The air conditioning didn't work on the cool setting. It seemed to be a central system stuck in winter mode. I wanted to extend my stay by a day, but the front desk said the hotel was completely booked. I could book a room online through the hotel website with instant confirmation, i found that Strange.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially the cleaner Zulekha. She kept my room in perfect condition. the hotel's location in the city center was very convenient. mr taygun demi was always available to assist with any questions i had about the hotel or taxi transfers. the view from my room overlooking the bosphorus bridge was excellent.
The air conditioning was not working properly. It only had a central system and it was winter.

The location is near tourist spots and the m2 metro line which goes to takim square. it is also close to the m11 line, which provides airport access. besiktas is not far. You can walk there in twenty minutes.

My room on the 14th floor was very spacious. It provided ample space to relax and work. the room featured modern interiors and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the cleanliness was also superb thanks to zulekha.

The restaurant on the 18th floor provides a round view of the city and bosphorus. It made breakfasts good. breakfast options were quite diverse and delicious. the view from the restaurant made dining there very enjoyable.
