inadequate temperature controlpartially obstructed view
i found the room's temperature control inadequate. despite attempts to adjust it, the room remained excessively warm. this discomfort persisted throughout my stay and it definitely affected my sleep quality. also, the promised sea view was partially obstructed by other buildings. this diminished the overall enjoyment of the room.

The staff showed great kindness. ali and bahder from the front service were especially helpful with an early check-in and a great view! the food was delicious, and the facility was very nice. I found the location quite convenient.
Once, my room door remained open for several hours after cleaning. I felt this could be improved. replacement of toiletries and towels was inconsistent. It would have been better to have these regularly replenished.

The front service team, especially Ali and Bahader, offered kindness and helpful assistance, even providing an early check-in.. I appreciated the great view from my room. The food and hotel facilities were very nice.
The carpets had many stains and the hotel needs modernization considering the prices charged.
