The pool was clean and well-kept! I enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite premium level lounge access. The staff was attentive and always ready to help. The hotel arranged taxis quickly.
The gym equipment seemed a little dated.

The shuttle to the airport was punctual and efficient. The room was supplied with ample towels including a bath mat. The television connected to streaming services without issue. I watched several movies.
The check in process was slow there was a considerable wait. The pool area closed early at 5 pm which was disappointing I was unable to use it. The thermostat in my room did not seem to function properly the temperature was not consistent.

I appreciated the free airport shuttle. It made my arrival smooth. the breakfast was good with many options. the staff were helpful, especially with directions.
the pool closed quite early at 5 pm, disappointing as i wanted to relax after a day of travel. the bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard, and i had to request housekeeping to come again. the tv remote did not connect to streaming services, limiting entertainment options.
